Q.
What will it cost me?
A.
THERE IS NO CHARGE TO YOU FOR SIGNING UP, OR FOR
SENDING YOUR PAYMENT. Diane pays the fee since she
is the recipient of the payment. They alos don't
charge you for transferring money INTO or OUT OF
PayPal using your bank or credit card account. The
ONLY time PayPal charges you is when you RECEIVE
money from someone else, and then it's a small fee.
Q.
OK, tell me about how to get and use a PayPal account?
A.
Filling out the initial online registration form
only takes a couple of minutes.
PayPal
has simple-to-follow directions on their site about
how to deposit money from your bank or credit card
account into your PayPal account, and how to send
money from it too.
You're
usually able to immediately send payment to Diane
from your PayPal account. But
it might take 2 to 4 days for PayPal to verify your
accounts and verify your payment. The shipment of
your items won't happen until the verification process
is complete.
If
you want to order a quilt or other merchandise but
have to wait while your PayPal account is being
processed, Diane will hold your items for you, no
problem.
NOTICE:
DIANE CAN SHIP ONLY TO YOUR PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESS.
She cannot ship to another address. In other words,
you cannot have your purchase sent to your Aunt
Jane in Missouri. It can only be sent to you, at
your verified address. This is in accordance with
PayPal's security and fraud agreement.
Helpful
hint for filling out your PayPal application: Add
your street address on the second address line,
if your primary address is a P.O. box, because Diane
ships many orders via UPS to your street address.

After I'm signed up and verified and ready to go,
EXACTLY how do I send money to Diane from my PayPal
account?
A.
When you click any "Pay Now" button on
Diane's site, it will take you to the PayPal web
site where you will follow simple directions to
pay. You will be asked to select your payment OPTION
(i.e., credit card, bank account, etc.) by
using the "Optional Funds" button. The
payment TYPE is " Goods
- Non-Auction: A purchase of goods in a non-auction
context." You can add a note to Diane
in the note box if you wish. Review the information
on the confirmation page, and if it's OK,
click Send Money to
complete your transaction. That's it!
Q.
If I want to pay for several items, how do I do
this?
A. You can send money to Diane
by going to your PayPal Account, and click the Send
Money tab. Fill out the form:
1.
Enter Diane's PayPal member ID, which is her email
address: diane@nativeamericanstarquilts.net
2.
The amount: the total cost
of the quilt or item(s) and any applicable shipping
fee.
3.
The currency: US dollars
4.
The payment option: Select
either your debit card or your credit card.
There's an "optional funds" button to
select which one you want to use.
5.
The payment type: " Goods
- Non-Auction: A purchase of goods in a non-auction
context."
6. In the optional subject and/or note box, please
type in the name of the quilt
or other item(s) and any optional shipping or insurance
fee that you are paying for. And any other
message too, if you wish.
7.
Click Continue.
8.
Review the information on the confirmation page,
and if it's OK, click
Send Money to complete your transaction.
That's
it! You'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal,
and Diane wil also email you to confirm that she
received your payment. Your quilt or other merchandise
will soon be on its way!
