Diane's adaptation of the Lakota Turtle Island Star Quilt is finally available!  The queen size kit will make a 60" star, but you can add borders to make it a king size or any custom size.  The baby size pattern will make a 37" star, and if you cut the fabric carefully, you can make two baby size stars.  In baby size kits, there is only enough fabric for the background behind one star.

This star quilt is unusual in that it has a large diamond in a print fabric in the center of each of the eight star rays.  A fabric with a Native American theme is awesome here.  The queen size pattern will make a 60" star, but you can add borders to make it a king size or any custom size.  The baby size pattern will make a 37" star, and if you cut the fabric carefully, you can make two baby size stars.

Prairie Star Quilt Top KIT

This is Diane's oldest and most favorite star design.  It has 10 striking colors in the star, all on a pale blue background.  It will make a 60" queen size star, but you can add borders to make it a king size or any custom size.  The baby size pattern will make a 37" star, but if you cut the fabric carefully, you can make two stars. In baby size kits, there is only enough fabric for the background behind one star.

Dawn Star Quilt Top KIT

Here's what you've been waiting for! This beautiful 11-row star has been the most popular star among Diane's customers. There are 9 beautiful fabric colors used in the star. The queen size kit will make a 60" star quilt top, and the bay size will make a 37" star quilt top, and if you cut the fabric carefully, you can make two stars. In baby size kits, there is only enough fabric for the background behind one star.

*For the background color, Diane suggests that you choose eggshell (shown), or black, or white.  When paying, please specify what color you want.

Good Road Jeweltone Blues Star Quilt Top KIT

This is a truly gorgeous star. Four shades of blue give it a radiant jeweltone look, with burgundy and black as perfect accents. It's an 11-row star, shown here on a white background.  The queen size will make a 60" quilt top, and the baby size will make a 37" quilt top, and if you cut the fabric carefully, you can make two stars. In baby size kits, there is only enough fabric for the background behind one star.

You can also choose your own background fabric color if you want, or Diane will select the best one for you. The queen size Mitakuye Oyasin Star Quilt top kit makes a 60" star. The baby size Mitakuye Oyasin Star Quilt top kit makes a top that's about 28" square, and if you cut the fabric carefully, you can make two stars. In baby size kits, there is only enough fabric for the background behind one star.

Seven Point Star Quilt Top KIT~ queen size only

You won't find a seven point star quilt kit anywhere on the internet... Just here! The pattern utilizes both rotary cutting and the use of a heavy paper template that is included in the kit. The kit contains enough fabric to make a 50" star. You provide the 60" X 60" piece of background fabric. There currently is no baby size star quilt kit for this star design.

*Pick your 7 favorite fabric colors before ordering. When you order, be sure to list your colors beginning from the center, out to the star tips so that Diane will know how much of each fabric to cut for you.

Whirlwind Star Quilt Top KIT~ queen size only

This unique kit has directions and color photos showing how to make a queen size Whirlwind star quilt top that's about 58 inches square. All fabrics are included to make the top shown.  There currently is no baby size Whirlwind pattern available.

*Although it can be difficult to substitute the fabric colors in this particular star quilt, you may pick your own 3 favorite colors for the star, and 1 color for the background.  See the color charts before ordering colors other than those shown.
